Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality customer support.
Manage client accounts by updating information accurately within our database using data entry skills.
Handle outbound calling to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote additional services as needed.
Provide detailed product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints effectively.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions with customers.
Assist with processing transactions such as cash handling when necessary.
Document interactions thoroughly and accurately in CRM or other relevant systems using Microsoft Office tools and computer skills.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a positive team environment.
