Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing calls on the company number.
Provide information about LED advertising services to customers.
Record customer details, requirements, and feedback accurately.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for timely follow-ups.
Maintain daily call logs and communication reports.
Ensure polite, professional, and effective customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any graduate (freshers or experienced candidates can apply).
Excellent communication skills in
English, Telugu, and Hindi

Good telephone etiquette and customer service attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Google Sheets).
Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach.
