Client relationships:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction in a timely & professional manner.
Providing clients with necessary information on our products/services
Prompt in Follow ups.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Handling inquiries received from different media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Website etc.,
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Excellent phone etiquette & active listening abilities.
Qualification: BCOM / BBA / MBA
Experience: 1-2 years of work experience as a CRM
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in a skincare or dermatology setting.

Pay: ₹9,179.42 - ₹30,000.00 per month
