About the Role

Working Panda is hiring

Voice Support Advisors

for our

Hyderabad office

. This full-time position involves handling inbound calls from global customers, resolving their concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Location

: Hitech City Layout - Hyderabad

Compensation (Approx. In-Hand)

12-17 months exp.: ₹24,000-25,000 training | ?27,000-28,000 post-training 18-23 months exp.: ₹26,000 training | ?29,000-30,000 post-training 24+ months exp.: ₹28,000-29,000 training | ?31,000-32,000 post-training

What You'll Do

Engage with customers via inbound calls Support with billing, service, and account-related issues Provide troubleshooting for basic technical concerns Maintain records & ensure high-quality service

Who Can Apply

Graduates/Undergraduates with at least 1 year of international BPO voice process experience Fluent English communication skills Ability to work in rotational shifts

Shifts & Benefits
