Job Summary:
The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing prompt, professional, and empathetic support to customers, addressing their inquiries, complaints, and service requests. The role ensures high customer satisfaction, fosters trust, and maintains the brand reputation of the organization through efficient communication and coordination.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and service requests from customers.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and support procedures.
2. Complaint Management
Log, escalate, and track customer complaints to closure.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
3. Follow-up & Feedback*
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Record and report customer feedback for quality improvement.
4. Service Request Coordination*
Schedule service visits or AMCs by coordinating with field service teams.
Maintain service logs and update CRM or complaint registers daily.
5.Documentation & Reporting*
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the reporting manager.
6.CRM and MIS Entry*
Update CRM or customer tracking systems with accurate data.
Prepare MIS reports on unresolved issues, repeat complaints, and service delays.
7.Cross-Functional Communication*
Coordinate with inventory, accounts, and logistics teams to support customer needs.
Inform customers about pending deliveries, delays, or clarifications if any.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, and regional language)
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and email handling
Patience, empathy, and customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Qualifications & Experience:*
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 1-3 years in customer service or call handling roles (preferably in medical equipment, FMCG, or service-based industries)
