Apollo TeleHealth is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic
Customer Care Executive
who will be the first point of contact for our patients and service users. The role requires excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
, along with a patient-centric approach to support healthcare services delivered through telehealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and queries from patients regarding teleconsultations, appointments, and health-related services.
Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and medical consultations.
Assist patients in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM or internal tools.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic support.
Coordinate with doctors, technical teams, and other staff to ensure smooth telehealth operations.
Requirements:
Languages:
Fluency in
Hindi and English
(spoken and written) is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare or telecommunication).
Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and call center tools.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 or any graduate degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a healthcare setting or telehealth platform.
Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and telemedicine tools.
