Job Description

Communicate effectively with customers in

Hindi and English

through phone, email, or chat. Resolve customer issues related to products or services in a timely manner. Maintain a polite and professional attitude at all times. Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex queries. Meet individual and team performance goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Fluency in Hindi is mandatory

; good command of English is also required. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations. Familiarity with customer service tools (CRM, etc.) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
