Job Role: Customer Support Representative Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: o Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or support requests. o Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. o Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and service changes to provide accurate information. o Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized support. o Feedback & Reporting: Record customer interactions, provide insights to improve services, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. Qualifications: o Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. o Customer Service: Ability to manage difficult conversations and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. o Education: - Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Required) - Graduation (Preferred) o Attributes: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
