female executive

who can manage both customer support and operational responsibilities with care and efficiency.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a

female Customer Care & Operations Executive

who can provide warm and prompt customer service, check the quality of product shipments before dispatch, and oversee daily stock movement.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Chat Handling

Respond to customer queries via chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Provide product-related information and resolve issues with empathy and clarity. Maintain a parent-friendly tone and build customer trust.

Order Quality Check

Inspect every order before dispatch to ensure correct product, quantity, and packaging. Coordinate with the dispatch/warehouse team for timely order processing.

Stock Supervision

Physically verify and record incoming and outgoing stock. Track daily inventory and alert management on low-stock items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.

Candidate Requirements:

Female candidates preferred. Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations is a plus. Good communication skills in English and [regional language]. Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel, and Shopify (training can be provided).
