Looking female candidates for Customer Care Department.

Qualification - Plus two and above

Location - Preferably near by location of Tripunithura

Minimum 1 year experience in same field is preferred. Freshers can also apply

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all the walk-in customers. Guide the customers to the sections. Handover the customer to the section staff. Ensure all the amenities are provided to the customers. Make discreet enquiries on the specific customer requirement & brief on what BHIMA has to offer & guide the customer Ensure overall comfortability of the customer. Keep a close eye on customers who have walked in to the Branch Step up to the customer in case the Customer is seeking any sort of guidance Guide Customer to other counters based on customer requirements
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
