Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions (classroom/online/on-job) for new and existing customer care executives.
Train in
voice and non-voice customer support
, soft skills, and customer handling.
Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and handouts.
Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Coordinate with HR and Operations to ensure training effectiveness.
Maintain training reports and records.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of
customer service operations

Ability to engage, motivate, and evaluate trainees.
Patience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in customer service/training role (BPO or customer care domain preferred).
