Job Summary:



We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive Trainer

with at least

2 years of experience

in training or customer service. The trainer will be responsible for preparing and guiding customer care executives with the required communication skills, process knowledge, and customer handling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct training sessions (classroom/online/on-job) for new and existing customer care executives. Train in

voice and non-voice customer support

, soft skills, and customer handling. Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and handouts. Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement. Coordinate with HR and Operations to ensure training effectiveness. Maintain training reports and records.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of

customer service operations

. Ability to engage, motivate, and evaluate trainees. Patience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience:



Graduate in any discipline. Minimum

2 years of experience

in customer service/training role (BPO or customer care domain preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
