Job Description

Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in slimming, weight loss, and wellness services. Explain clinic treatments, packages, and programs clearly and confidently over the phone. Identify client needs and recommend suitable slimming or wellness solutions. Convert leads into clinic visits, consultations, and program enrollments. Follow up with interested leads through calls, messages, and reminders to maximize conversion. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or manual registers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets set by the management. Coordinate with front desk executives, counsellors, and clinic managers to ensure smooth appointment scheduling. Handle basic client queries, objections, and concerns professionally. Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the clinic brand positively. Minimum one year of experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer support (healthcare, wellness, beauty, or fitness industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Ability to work in a target-based environment. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems or MS Excel.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
