Customer Coordination
Contact customers after booking to explain the delivery process.
Confirm delivery date & time and keep customers updated on vehicle status.
Coordinate for required documents (KYC, finance, insurance, RTO, etc.).
Delivery Process Handling
Prepare delivery checklist and ensure all documents are ready.
Coordinate with PDI team for vehicle readiness.
Follow up with accessories team for fitments before delivery.
Confirm billing completion and ensure payment clearance.
Ensure registration number availability before delivery.
Showroom Delivery Experience
Arrange delivery bay and setup for vehicle handover.
Maintain delivery area cleanliness, decorations, and accessories.
Explain vehicle features, warranty, service intervals, and owner's manual.
Take delivery photographs and assist with social media posting if required.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with sales consultants, CRM, finance, insurance, and RTO teams.
Ensure proper alignment between departments for timely vehicle delivery.
Track vehicle movement from stockyard to showroom.
Post-Delivery Responsibilities
Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls.
Collect customer feedback and ensure complaints (if any) are addressed.
Update CRM/ERP systems with delivery details.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
