Responsible for handing over investigation reports and lab reports during patient discharge.
Entering the basic information at the time of patient admission into the HIS
Responsible for updating the patient information and records in HIS and ensure it is 100% ready during patient discharge.
Preparing of discharge sheet within TAT regularly.
Responsible for tracking & maintaining the record of number of discharge summaries done on regular basis.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
