Job Role : Customer care Executive

Location : Tirupur

Roles and Responsibility

Make calls to potential customers to

explain the features and benefits

of various chit-fund schemes. Apna Generate and qualify leads over phone. Schedule appointments or forward qualified leads to field sales teams. Apna Answer incoming calls from customers with questions about plans, payouts, or services. Qandle Maintain a database of customer interactions and update contact details or call results in records. Qandle Clearly explain chit-fund plan details like contribution amounts, tenure, payouts, and other relevant info. Apna Resolve basic customer concerns, answer questions, and suggest appropriate solutions based on needs. Placement India Often there are

daily/weekly/monthly call or sales targets

to achieve.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
