Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate product/service information.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM or call center software.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or service improvements.
Adhere to quality standards, company policies, and call center protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (minimum qualification)
Experience in customer service, call center, or related roles (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi/English/Tamil
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Work Environment

Training will be provided on product knowledge and call handling
