Answer incoming customer calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel. Provide basic information about the company's poultry products, services, and operations. Record and escalate customer complaints or feedback to the relevant teams. Maintain a call log and update customer interaction records. Ensure prompt and polite communication with all customers
