Handle customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.

Resolve customer complaints and follow up when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused attitude.
Experience in customer service preferred (freshers can apply).
