Job Description

Make outbound calls to customers for product promotions, offers, and sales follow-ups. Handle inbound calls and provide information regarding products, prices, and ongoing offers. Maintain customer databases and update records of calls and sales leads. Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales. Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service. Gather customer feedback and share insights with management. Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required. Support marketing campaigns and assist in customer engagement activities

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
