Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing client calls and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate between clients and internal departments to ensure tasks are executed as per requirements.
Maintain daily call records, updates, and follow-ups with clients.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
Assist in resolving client issues by escalating them to the respective departments and ensuring timely resolution.
Support the operations and client servicing team with administrative follow-ups.
Ensure client satisfaction and contribute to smooth day-to-day communication flow.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Tamil preferred).
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer and email handling knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).
Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role will be an advantage.
Preferred freshers with good communication skills.
