Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Engage customers and explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on leads, maintain call records, and update CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, meetings, and client follow-ups.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive / Telesales Executive.
Excellent communication skills in
Tamil and English
(knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Confident, energetic, and result-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools).
Immediate joiners preferred.
