Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven customer care executive to join our team. As a customer care executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects to sell products, services, or solutions. Your goal will be to build relationships, generate leads, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to targeted customers or prospects

- Pitch products, services, or solutions to potential clients

- Build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Handle objections and close deals

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated

- Ability to work in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
