We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive

who can handle both customer queries and product sales efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales orientation, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls. Provide detailed information about company products and services. Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities. Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers. Achieve monthly sales and service targets. Record and update customer details accurately.

Requirements:

Any graduate with 1-3 years of experience in customer care or tele sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
