The Customer Care Executive serves as the bridge between customers and internal teams across the entire solar project lifecycle, from lead generation to project handover. This includes handling customer queries, documenting project information, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.Respond to customer queries quickly and professionally
? Document project information, meetings, and updates accurately
? Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth communication
? Keep customers informed about project progress
? Resolve customer concerns and build strong relationships
? Maintain data confidentiality and follow company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
