Handle inbound and outbound calls (Voice process). Manage chat, email, and data entry tasks (Non-voice process). Communicate with customers in

Tamil & English

effectively. Resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records and achieve daily/weekly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Any Graduate / Diploma (Freshers with good skills can be considered if experienced in related fields). Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Good communication skills in

Tamil & English

(spoken & written). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Salary & Benefits:
