Customer Care Executive - Corporate Office



ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Explain gold schemes and their benefits to customers. Maintain accurate records of customer enrollments, payments, and renewals. Provide timely reminders to customers regarding due payments and scheme maturity. Coordinate with showroom teams to ensure smooth operations. Resolve customer complaints and ensure effective problem-solving.

Requirements:



Qualification : Any Graduate. Experience: Freshers or candidates with customer service preferred. Gender: Female Candidates only. Languages known: Tamil / English / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi.
