Job Summary:



We are hiring a

Customer Service Executive

to manage customer queries and complaints, provide product and service information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally Maintain customer records and update databases Follow up on customer interactions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude

Qualification:



Any Bachelor's Degree can apply.

Requirements:



Good communication and interpersonal skills Only female candidates. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Fluency in Tamil& English& Malayalam (preferred) Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach 2 years experience in customer service is a plus
