Customer Support Executive



- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service

- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a courteous and respectful manner

Requirements

- Experience: 0-5 years in customer support or a related field

- Education: Any Bachelor's degree or 12th standard pass

- Age: Below 28 years

- Gender: Male or Female

Salary and Benefits

- Full-time: ?18,000 - ?21,000 per month (probationary period)

- After 4th month: ?22,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on performance)

- Part-time: Hourly rate negotiable based on experience

Working Hours

- Full-time: 8-9 hours per day, 6 days a week (rotational shifts)

- Part-time: 6 hours per day, 6 days a week (flexible hours)

Job Type

- Full-time: Permanent position with benefits

- Part-time: Flexible hours with hourly pay
