- Experience: 0-5 years in customer support or a related field
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree or 12th standard pass
- Age: Below 28 years

Salary and Benefits
- Full-time: ?18,000 - ?21,000 per month (probationary period)
- After 4th month: ?22,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on performance)
- Part-time: Hourly rate negotiable based on experience
Working Hours
- Full-time: 8-9 hours per day, 6 days a week (rotational shifts)
- Part-time: 6 hours per day, 6 days a week (flexible hours)
