Customer Satisfaction:

Ensuring customers are satisfied with the support provided and creating a positive experience.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.

Collaboration:

Working with other teams (e.g., technical support, sales) to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Managing customer accounts and interactions through CRM systems.

Continuous Improvement:

Identifying common customer issues and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.
