Job Description

We are hiring a Tele caller to join our team at Vision India Insurance, as a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming calls from existing customers, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Role and Responsibilities:

Need to call the contacts from Database and explain about products

Handle outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about our offerings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for outbound calls and lead generation.

Coordinate and schedule appointments

Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions.
