Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in buying silver.
Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp (where applicable).
Provide specific information on our business, including pricing and availability.
Maintain and update the CRM system to reflect customer contacts, feedback, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the inventory and sales teams to ensure silver orders are fulfilled on schedule.
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns for our products.
Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to provide relevant items or upsell chances.
Manage post-purchase assistance, which includes feedback collecting and complaint handling.
Create daily or weekly reports on client involvement and sales performance.
Stay informed about market trends in product prices and product demand.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in CRM or sales support, preferably in jewelry, precious metals, or retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and follow up consistently.
