Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide product and service information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.

2. Provide product information and resolve complaints.

3. Maintain records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

1. Good communication in Tamil is preferred.

2. Customer service experience is preferred.

3. Basic computer knowledge.

4. Only female candidates can apply

5. Age should not be less than 22.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
