Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products/services with clarity and professionalism. Fluency in either Tamil & English or Kannada & English is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices

Requirements:

Fluency in

Tamil & English

or

Kannada & English

(spoken and written) Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) Prior experience in customer support is an advantage, but freshers are welcome Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
