Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record and update customer details in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
Experience:
12th Fresher with average English - ?15,000 fixed in-hand
Graduate Fresher - up to ₹20,000 in-hand
Graduate with 1 year+ experience - up to ₹27,000 in-hand
Good to Have:
Basic computer knowledge & willingness to work in a customer-facing role.
