We are hiring Customer Care Executives for the North America Voice Process. The role involves providing customer support and basic technical troubleshooting assistance while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound customer calls for North America Provide technical troubleshooting support Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction Follow process guidelines and quality benchmarks

Eligibility Criteria



Qualification:

HSC / Any Graduate

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience

Communication Skills:

Excellent English communication (C1 / C2 level)

Job Details



Shift:

24x7 Rotational Shifts

Working Days:

5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs

Joining:

Immediate

CTC:

Up to ₹38,000 in-hand (based on profile)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
