Job Description

Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, using effective communication to gather critical patient details and determine urgency.

Send the right ambulance and crew, track their location, and manage deployment for optimal response times.

Maintain continuous contact with field crews, hospitals, and other emergency services for seamless patient handoffs.

Accurately log all calls, incidents, unit movements, and maintenance in dispatch software.

Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
