We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused
Customer Care Executive (Telecaller)
to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system with details of interactions.
Follow communication scripts and standard procedures as per company guidelines.
Maintain a polite and professional tone during all interactions.
Requirements:
Education:
Any graduate.
Experience:
0-3 years in telecalling or customer service preferred.
Languages:
Fluency in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
