Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding services, shipment status, and customer queries.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when required.
Maintain call records and update customer information in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
Support other customer service operations as required.
Skills Required
Strong English communication skills
(spoken and written).
Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, Telugu, or others will be a strong advantage.
Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple calls efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
