Job Description

An Automobile Sales Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales process. This role involves interacting with customers, resolving issues, and building relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting vehicles or services.

Issue Resolution:

Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Follow-up:

Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase issues.

Communication:

Communicating with customers via phone, email, and social media, providing updates, and promoting offers.

Relationship Building:

Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to build loyalty and repeat business.

Reporting:

Tracking customer satisfaction metrics and generating reports.

Process Improvement:

Identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes.

Appointment Management:

Scheduling and managing appointments for test drives, service visits, and other customer needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
