The company is hiring a
Customer Care Executive - Tamil & Telugu Voice Support
for its Gurugram office, responsible for handling customer calls in Tamil and Telugu along with Hindi/English. The role involves assisting customers with fintech and insurance-related queries and ensuring smooth issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in
Tamil & Telugu
.
Resolve queries related to loans, EMI, payments, insurance policies, KYC, and account support.
Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up details.
Provide excellent customer experience following quality and compliance guidelines.
Escalate unresolved cases to the senior team.
Requirements:
1 -3 years of experience in
Fintech / Insurance / BFSI customer support
.
Fluent in
Tamil, Telugu, Hindi & English
.
Strong communication, patience and problem-solving skills.
