Key responsibilities

Customer communication:

Handle both inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and efficient manner.

Problem-solving:

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective way.

Information provider:

Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

Data management:

Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the company's system, such as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Customer satisfaction:

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and by maintaining a positive relationship with customers.

Team collaboration:

Work with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and meet departmental goals.

Sales support:

In some roles, may be involved in identifying new sales leads.
Skills and qualifications

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Computer proficiency:

Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service or CRM software are often required.

Attention to detail:

The ability to accurately document and process information is critical.

Flexibility:
