Key Responsibilities



Welcome and assist customers visiting the store in a polite and friendly manner Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable products Handle customer queries related to products, pricing, sizes, and availability Coordinate with the sales and store team for smooth customer experience Manage customer complaints and ensure quick resolution Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the store Collect customer details and feedback for future follow-ups Support billing process and order coordination when required

Required Skills



Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi preferred) Customer-friendly and presentable personality Basic knowledge of retail or fashion (preferred) Willingness to learn and take responsibility Basic computer/WhatsApp handling skills
