Respond to customer queries through
emails and phone calls
Provide itinerary details, fare information, and booking confirmations
Assist in processing refunds, fare differences, and rescheduling requests
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking issues and resolutions
Share travel-related information such as baggage rules, visa guidelines, and policies
Maintain and update booking records in the system
Ensure timely follow-ups and proper resolution of customer queries
Escalate complex cases to the senior team when required
