Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
Provide accurate product/service information to customers
Coordinate with internal departments for order updates or issue resolution
Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly
Follow up with existing and potential clients for feedback or repeat business
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a polite and positive attitude during all interactions
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi must, basic English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)
Ability to handle calls and customer queries confidently
Well-mannered, polite, and patient
Eligibility:
Female candidate only
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Should be comfortable working at Chandni Chowk location
Prior experience in customer care or telecalling is a plus
