Customer Support Executive ( chat and Voice )



Handle

international customers

via

voice, email, and chat

Manage

customer queries, retention, upselling, and issue resolution

Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with process guidelines Use ticketing tools (Zendesk or similar) where applicable Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Undergraduate / Any Graduate

Experience:

Minimum

6 months BPO experience

Non-Voice / Email-Chat experience acceptable

Communication:

Excellent English (Written & Verbal)

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge; ticketing tools

Salary :

Up to

?35,000 CTC + incentives
