Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to NBFC products and services
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally
Provide accurate information regarding loan products, EMIs, repayment schedules, and account details
Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity and quality targets
Eligibility Criteria
1-2 years of experience in customer support or customer service
Experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Immediate joiners preferred
Education Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
Salary
Up to 3 LPA (as per experience and interview)
