Respond to order-related questions (order status, delivery, returns, replacements) Coordinate withdispatch & warehouse team
Resolve customer complaints professionally Maintain customer records and follow-ups Ensure high customer satisfaction Basic calling may be required for issue resolution (not a call center job)Job Type: Full-time
