Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Assist customers with product/service-related inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal departments for escalations or special cases.
Provide information on new products, offers, or services.
Meet daily/weekly targets related to query handling and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
Strong problem-solving and listening abilities.
Ability to stay calm and professional during difficult conversations.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Positive attitude, customer-first approach, and willingness to learn.
Preferred (Optional)
Experience in
real estate/ecommerce/BFSI/hospitality/telecom
Knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems.
Ability to work in shifts (if required).
