Required Skills: o Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English. o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. o Empathy and the ability to handle difficult customers calmly. o Good computer skills. o Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Qualifications: o High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred). o

Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance or financial domain, is a plus. o Knowledge of insurance products, terms, and regulations is desirable.

Salary: 2.8 LPA - 3.4 LPA +Attendance Bonus of 3,000 Working Days: 6 Days/Week, Rotational Week-Offs, Rotational Shifts. Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities.
