Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.
Provide accurate information and support regarding products/services.
Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Log and update customer interactions in the system.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred (Freshers can apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a blended (voice + non-voice) process.
Basic computer proficiency.
Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
